250R Headlight straps... still get them?

I need a set of headlight straps. I'm working on my winter projects and one of them is building a vented number plate for the R that I can remove just like the headlight. I want to be able to swap them out in seconds.

Here's a rough draft of what i'm doing. The Hondaline # plate that never got made! I'm replicating the headlight shell design out of fiberglass to match the bike. Should look OEM when finished.:p

From what I know, they are still available, but they are almost $13 each from every retailer I've searched.
