Align the T mark on the flywheel with the index mark on the alternator cover by turning the flywheel counterclockwise
Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the camshaft journals
Install the cam sprocket with its punch mark facing up and install the cam shaft and end cap
position the cam lobes down and align the timing marks on the cam sprocket with the cyclinder head upper surface
install the cam chain over the cam sprocket and the cam sprocket onto the shoulder of the camshaft
Tighten the cam sprocket bolts, do the punch mark side first since it is the dowel hole.
Realign the T mark with the index mark and recheck the cam sprocket timing marks.
Fill the oil pocket in the cyclinder head with oil.
Thats strait from the Honda shop manual. Torque on the cam sprocket bolts is 12-17 Ft-lb.
