hello was looking at a set of tires that are 13.5 wide for the rear of a 83 ytm 200 does anyone know if these will fit without rubbing?

Well... my YTM200ERN has 25-13-9's and it's tough getting the fenders on and off and it's tight on the exhaust. I wouldn't recommend it unless you had some wheel spacers or a nice Durablue extended axle!

Yea, you should be fine using wheel spacers unless you plan on taking your yamahauler off some big jumps. ;)

I dont have wheel spacers, never seen them advertised either.
But Yamahaulers are fun trikes, real easy to work on.
I would never sell mine, I've had too much fun with it.
Also I have 12.5" wide bear claw tires on mine and I took some pics to show you how much clearence there is to the batter box and the exhaust (DG) You might be able to get another inch in ther but it would be tight
(My trike is dirty and has a rusty axle  )

I've got 25x13.5x9 TSL Vampires on one of my YTMs & they just barely clear the exhaust, in fact the tire will rub a tiny bit when the tires flex occasionally. There also isn't much clearance on the outside. If you put wheel spacers on, they might cause the outside of the tires to rub on the flaps. Mind you, thats with the Vamps on there & they have HUGE lugs for a tread pattern.

I love 'em. They are stiff though, but real tough. Those huge lugs will chew through mud & snow better than any other tire that I know of.
Get 'em, you won't regret it, they last forever.
