Question on wheels for 350X

Does anybody know if wheels off a 2005 Honda trx450r will fit on a 350X? These wheels are factory. What is the offset? Would they be outside my fenders?

Yes the wheels have the same bolt pattern, I don't know the difference in offset, but its probably about an inch wider, so yes they will stick outside your fenders.
