best reed valve for 250r rb2000 by esr or boysen?

get a 86-98 cr250 rad valve, if you are using a 38 or 39mm carb, if not get a 250r rad valve. with the cr250r rad valve you will need a 1/2" reed spacer too.

You can get the ATC one and just buy a different adapter to fit the bigger carb. That's what I did. Cost less than ten bucks.

I wouldn't get the esr one if you like your airbox, I don't know why, but esr pushes thier airbox eilimator kit so much and they design their stuff not to work with airboxes. I personally like the cr250 reeds, the carb does sit at a slightly different angle, but there is more low end..

personally, the esr reeds look like a copy of v-force reeds in an alluminum body.
