i meant banned like not aloud to be used anymore! but there not .. i thought they were cuz i live in newfoundland! and the cops are pretty stricked about them

No they are not BAN. BAN is a deodorant you use to keep from smelling like a man. a very stinky homeless man. That asks for money so he doesnt have to work most of the time.

Adam, welcome buddy! What part of the Island do you hail from? I'm on the Burin Penninsula.

I was on the NewfoundlandMotorsports forum the other day and was asking a cop named Rod or "Priddle" about the trike situation and everything is fine. No worries about them unless your doing something illegal like road riding or if your unregistered or uninsured.

Guys back off on the poor guy, around here theres been a lot of trikes confiscated and chopped off at the headtubes. The government is trying to get rid of all the unriegistered and uninsured trikes because they tend to pass hands a lot without transfer fees and such being paid, basicly to get rid of all the illegally ridden trikes that are costing the govt. money. This is really drastic measure but it has happened.

Adam, as long as your not out on the roads causing trouble you shouldn't be bothered, even if you don't have insurance or whatnot for the trails the least you should get is a fine for that. Only time they are goin to take and cut up your ride is when your causing trouble, and not every cop is going to burn you like that either.

A lot of kids don't really respect the old trikes simply because they were never around when they were new. Now a days kids are all about the bigbore quads, most wouldn't look twice at a trike. Lol they look more then twice at mine though.

Heres another, its the thread with the cop posting. This thread is split from another cause things got heated in the beginning. Basicly about the wetlands being torn up and guys gettin busted for being naughty on their quads/trikes/whatever.
