Okay, today i tore down the topend again and hammered the piston out again... seems that the jug is too SMALL. Now i think wtf and take the numbers online to find that they are the stock parts and should work. The piston even without rings will not slide into the jug, it has to be forced. allmost like the piston is too big and the jug is too small, has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

You probably should take the Piston and Cylinder to a dealer or a good small engine shop and have them check it out. I say this because no one will be able to tell you what is wrong with it via the internet. The only way to know with 100% certanty is to inspect and to measure it.
Thanks

I told you that I'd put a jynx on you :naughty:

It almost sounds like your trying to stuff a 200 piston in it?

I just measured the piston and jug again... the jug reads brand new... the piston reads 2.489 or a .10 over piston!!!! I think im going to start a long process of honning my stock cylinder to 2.490 or 2.491. I know this will take a few days....
