tri z head

Will a head from a 83 yz250 work on the tri-z? Do they bolt right on with no mods? They almost look the same and i was just wondering. :wondering

The water port outlet on the front goes right into the radiator on a Z. You could weld an elbow on or something and be OK but with a stock head theres no way to hook up a hose.
