250R Intake

I'm doing a restoration on a 250R. I purchased a new intake boot for it as the old one was cracked. I went to fit the carb and it wouldn't fit. It turns out I have a 40mm carb. where can I get a boot that will fit the larger carb?

im not sure where, but if its close, then just heat it up with a heat gun or a hair dryer, and slip it on.
