I got a used cylinder and piston for my atc90 and the wrist pin is to big. The one that is in the trike seems to be 14mm and the one I got seems to be 15mm.(ruff measurement without calipers) The motor I have has been messed around with with a 53.95mm bore instead of stock 50 and who knows what else has been done so am not sure which is stock. Just wondering if anybody knows what the stock wrist pin diameter is? Or can lead me to a link that could help me. Thank you

Never mine. Just notice the cylinder is for a 110. That explains it. I just got ripped. Well at least my 110 needs a rebuild so I'll use it in that. Thanks

The 110 cylinder will bolt right up to the atc 90 with the 110 piston.

The 110 has a stroke of 49.5mm and the 90 has a stroke of 45.6mm, so the cylinder is taller on 110. (I lined cylinders up and it is.) I dont think it would have compression because piston wouldnt come completely up. The wrist pin is bigger on the 110 so it wont go thru the rod of the 90. Also I think the timing chain of the 110 is longer because of longer cylinder but not 100% sure on that. I do know it will bolt on but I dont think it would work. I got a good deal on it and my 110 is losing compression and smoking so as soon as the 90 is back together the 110 is getting tore down.

Also my trike sucks, you have a IT 465!!! That is a yamaha IT bike right. I had a IT 175 bored over that hauled and drove a IT 250 that was almost crazy fast. I cant imagine a 465. I understand the ditch digger. My brother is is the proccess of a yz 465 rebuild. Must be same motor???
Ah...i coulda sworn the 110 and 90 cylinders bolted up...i must be thinking of something else? and yea the 465 is a beast, had it out today,,,,,can you say wheelie at 80+mph with a 60ft roost behind it? the YZ 465 is the same motor top end wise, but it only has a 4 speed gearbox...the IT is 5...a little smoother shifting and closer ratio's from what i have red, great bottem end motor...i have never stalled it, it will run in gear on almost an idle with no clutch work....very handy for trails :D
