stalls?

just climbing some small hills and I was wondering when my 200m is at an incline stoped is it normal even in first gear that my ride wants bogg down instead of go foward or do I have power isuses (when I have a little momentum it seems to go up fine) i never been on another ride so I can't compare it and i'm not sure what kinda torque to expect

It is somewhat normal to lack power going uphill especially from a dead stop.
Any mechanical problems would mostlikely be fuel related -based on the incline -because you fuel sloshes toward any incline and if its severe enough , you may uncover a jet in the carb. not likely if it runs ok any other time
