Ok guys, my atc 70/90 conversion is almost ready to run. It is having some slight carb problems. IF you can get it to start it will ONLY run if you hold it 3/4's or so open on the throttle. But it only putters when you do that, it dosen't rev all the way out or anything. So my question is one does anyone have a manual for this that they could scan the page or pages on the carb and setting for me? Also on the inside side of it(the side toward the frame) there is the little cover that is held on by two screws with a little mesh screen in there. What is this? Any help would be great.
