Here is some very good reading on suspension adjustment. This has helped me greatly in setting up my suspension for MX. I'm still sorting it out, but i'm seeing the benefits already.

I've been using the bike instructions, because I feel they are closer to a 3 wheeler than quad set-up. Very good info on fork set-up and rear shock positions!
