250r Shock Pressure!?!? Quick

quick i need to know how much air to put in the forks of my 85' 250r !!! the last owner didn't take care of this thing very well. help please

Front shocks: Lift the machine up to where the front tire is off the ground. Remove all the air pressure from the shocks, then seal everything back up. Lower the machine and your good to go. Under normal riding you don't want to add any air pressure to the shocks.
