putting the top end of the 185s on today and it wont go on. it needs a 1/4 inch more of slack to fit on. i tried the slack adjuster but it still wont go on. Any ideas?:confused:

I am assuming your talking about the timing chain. If you have properly released the tension on the chain tensioner, then I am willing to bet the chain has slipped down and caught on the one divider part of the casing. If it is indeed the timing chain tilt the motor on the back part and wiggle the chain some. It should come loose. ;)

Okay i looked at it and the chain moves freely when taken of the two sprockets, maybey its the wrong chain?
