will the slow jet from an 84 250r carb fit on an 86 250r carb, and work?


i have an 86 carb and a spare slow jet from a rebuild kit, my bike bogs in the low rpm's, i think the 86 slow is to much.

will if fit, and work?

it only bogs in real low and a little mid rpm's, and the plugs always black, and its hard to start in cold. sounds like too rich on the slow jet and mabe needle, but before i set the needle i want to know if this 42 slow will fit.
