I am almost 100% sure that they quit making atc90 in '78 or'79. It might be a atc110 with 90cc motor or it might be older then '84. Fiberglass rear fender is a good sign that it is a 90 but can be swapped out for plastic. The motor will say 89cc or 105cc on cylinder by pullstarter. Also the model year sticker is under tank on pullstarter side. You can see it without removing tank. My 90 has the sticker but they didnt say year but my 110 says 1981 model. Can also post the serial numbers on the steering stem part of the frame and I can help ID the year. Anyways 90/110 and the harder to find atc 125m will bolt on interchange. There is electrical differances though. All 90's and up to 1980? 110's are 6 volt coil. 1981 for sure and newer are 12v and cdi ignition. The 125cc is also found in honda 125 trx fourwheeler. It is the best choice for swap cuz of electric start but mostly cuz of the reverse. If you cant figure out the year post the serial number and I will try to help. The number is also on the bottom of engine on pullstarter side. It can be in front of the shifter or behind it. Hope that helps some.
