The other day I asked a question on how to get the front forks off my 200S (b/c some idiot before I got it put the wrong one on it). Well I finally got it off and now I am wanting to take the front end off of my 200M b/c it has shocks and the other did not. But, it will not come off.........I got everything of it and it won't budge. Is there some other screw or something holding it on? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A good manual on your bike would make all the difference when it comes to small problems like not knowing some somthing comes apart. I suggest hitting up your dealer for a manual.

is it the front end or the forks that are stuck?

The whole front end is stuck.I can see the ball bearings and everything, but what I don't understand the other came off easy and this one is being difficult. And no Honda dealer around here claims to have 3 Wheeler manuals or any way I can get parts (they're are gay). :wondering

put a jack under the bottom of the frame (under the engine, that frame) and jack up. The front end should slid off.

We tried that and it wouldn't budge....I even took a rubber mallet and beat the crap out of it.

I dont believe so. Here are the numbers. The 185 is the first and the 200s is second. 175401-001
175404-001

those are the numbers for the whole recoil starter

Your positive there is no other bolts holding the front end on? Make sure your pulling it off square too, otherwise it wont come off good. And lube up the bearings and **** to try and loosen it up.

Dang I can't ever find anything to fit it. So do you anyway to get that front end off?

Where are you getting those part numbers from. That might help me cross reference to find parts that work.

I checked bikebandit.com. spray some penetrating oil in the steering stem and jack it up acouple inches so the front end can slid down. If it doesnt slid off in a day you missed something I think.
