it looks pretty clean. What kind of riding do you do? if its hard pack turning your front tire around might help stearing purposes. also you didnt need to make 2 threads. could have just clicked the edit button.

Hmmmmmm.... that seat looks different. Also, you can buy a sticker set kit from Jared (yamatopdog) ... Get the decals and it'll look almost new!

Lower the forks in the clamps. When time & money permit, get a new front fender & flap, a set of decals from Jared, (even though the "200" is the wrong color on his sets) & it will look real good.
And yeah, the seat has to go.

Start looking for a rear rack now. I just found one (thanks derrick) after over a year of owning my 200e. Seems people like to steal these racks, I'm not too sure what they use them for though.

Are you interested in that $33 front fender brand new in the bag??

I think the seat may just look bad in the pic. becasue of the angle. Your front tire is diagonal because the axel is on wrong. The axle should be behind the shocks, anotherwords for shocks are on backwards. Other then that is is a nice looking trike.

Yeah get a kit from Jared (he is on the boards and ebay). I think one of his kits goes for about $60 wich is a great deal since you get all the stickers you need.

Hee is a pic of my Yamaha, see how the front axel is. Is your seat shaped the same?

Lower your forks in the clamps & make sure they both stick up about a 1/4" above the top clamp. And yeah, your forks are backwards, although that won't make your wheel sit at an angle.
Pull your axle, loosen your triple clamps, turn each fork a 1/2 turn so that the axle goes back in on the back side of the forks. This is also the time to lower them in the clamps. It will make the front end of the trike sit higher.

Yeah, your forks are on backwards. At first I thought they just needed to be rotated a 1/2 turn, but upon closer inspection, I don't see the bracket that holds your front brake cable on the left fork. You'll have to swap them from side to side.
Or maybe the bracket is there but just not visible due to the quality of the pic.
Do you have your front brake hooked up?

LOOK AT THE TOP OF EACH FORK. IS THERE THE SAME AMOUNT OF EACH ONE STICKING UP ABOVE THE TOP FORK CLAMP OR NOT??????THEY HAVE TO BE EVEN AT THE TOP.
If your wheel is sitting at angle when you are driving in a straight line, that might be the problem. You also might have a bent axle or wore out wheel bearings.
