Do you mean it's bogging when it's idling or when you give it some throttle?

first off, give it a good cleaning. remove the carb, take out the float bowl screws, and remove the bowl, (metal bottom part of carb if you didnt know). buy some small rifle barrel brushes and a can of carb cleaner, then remove the jets. clean out the jets ( small brass pieces with holes in the middle), and put everything back together.
if the bike is still acting up, and youve iscolated the problem to be from the carb, then do whats called plug chops to find what to adjust. the easiest and simplest explanation on how to do this was posted by tim sr. in my thread titeld 'need some quick carb help'.
if your confused, just pm me and ill help you out.

Clean the carb as stated above. If you've already done this, proceed with the following:
Unscrew the top off of the carb. Pull the slide out of the the carb. (Your throttle cable is attached to this slide, pay attention how they connect together)
Disconnect the cable from the slide. (you'll need needle nose pliers)
Push the long pointy needle up through the slide. (don't lose the little "w" shaped retainer)
You will see a little "c" clip on the needle, note which groove it's clipped into, pull it out of that groove & move it down one groove. (towards the pointy end)
Reassemble the needle & slide. Reconnect the slide to the throttle cable.
Reinstall this assembly into the carb & tighten the cap firmly by hand. (The slide has a vertical slot in it that has to line up with a tit inside the carb, you'll feel the slide fall into the carb when you have it lined up correctly, DON'T FORCE IT)
Start the trike & see if there is any improvement or not.
If it's better but still not quite right, do it all again, moving the "c" clip down another notch.
If it's worse, do it again, moving the "c" clip up one notch past where it was originally.
The trick to this is pay attention during disassembly & remember how each piece came apart. If you have a digital camera, take pics of how it came apart, it's great for first timers.
