Real nice shape too. This is exactly the way I picked it up, didn't even get a wash job yet. Sad to say I'm selling it right away

Nice bike. Why does the headlight set up like that? Had a front rack on it at one time? If you are interested in a front sprocket cover, or the new owner is, PM me I have two.

Wondered that myself and that is a good theory! It's very well made. I don't believe that was an optional part, was it?

The seat looks like it's hand made at a upolstry shop. Has one very small tear in back that's no big deal.

I have the sprocket cover thats in perfect shape. I was just cheking the counter shaft sprocket.

Yes that headlight bracket is an OEM piece that was required when you mounted the front rack & also, if I remember right, was needed when you mounted an OEM fairing. (not positive on that, though.)
And yeah, I dont think that seat cover is the original one, still looks good though.

A oem fairing for the 185? I know they had them for some other models but did not realize they did for this one.

Imagine if thats what the guy had on it :naughty:
I should find out.

Any clues that I could tell if there was one on?

The fairing did clamp onto the upper portion of the front forks, an inch or two below the handle bar mount. There should be some scratches or rub marks there if there was one on there.
The other possibility is that someone swapped out the headlight brackets or just added them to raise the headlight for som reason.
I have a fairing if you want to see pics of the mounting brackets. (It's not installed on anything right now.)

I love these 185's and 200's and really would like to keep it since it needs so little work to really make it nice but I have too many 3W's now that need things done and I can make a good buck on it.

It would creat a huge argument with my wife also

I always liked the little hardtail (in this case, rigid) Honda's. You have to ride them slower (unless you like being sore as hell) but they are still just a kick to use in tight wooded area's i think. Looks great. Whats you thought on price. I dont need, I am just curious. (your also way to far away).

Agree on the tight woods as they are so small and light. They are great machines. Today I just realized that the 200 has forks and this one doesn't. Just didn't think about it when I bought it but it really doesn't effect the selling price much.

Price, I would gladly mention but since it's going on ebay I don't want to give away my reserve in case someone on here bids on it. Well I'll give you a hint, it will definitly be over 500 for sure.

Some guys don't put a reserve on them, man that would scare me that I would lose out!!
