I am sure some else here has run into this problem. Stock Tri-Z skid plates are hard to find and break easily. Have any of you tried anything from another machine. If so which one and how well did it work? Can I use something else with little or no modifications? And of course, does any one know of an after market solution for the Z specifically? Let me know so I can get the road block behind me, thanks.

i put OMF aluminum engine and swingarm skid plates on my z,that is the best solution you can get, plus its just one more cool aftermarket part for your z

Thanks for the information. Can you tell me out to get a hold of them, and what the cost was when you bought them?

Gatcha, I will make a point to do that. I would love to see some photographs, but if it is too much trouble, no worries. :)
