7 hours of driving and having to drive in Winnipeg :( (that sucks), its finally here.

It has a bad leak in the right rear tire and the rest of the tires are actually not too bad.

I want to fix this bad boy up, might have to sell a trike though, 7 is too much.

Can you take the tires off the rims? I was looking at them and it looks like the rubber goes right inside the rim a little bit.

The seat is really good, no tears whatsoever. There is a "X" or something sewed into the back, I dont know if this is supposed to be there or not.

Heres some pics...

Tire & rim are one piece, the tire cannot be dismounted. Those balloon tires are super hard to come by, and if you do find decent ones they are extremely expensive. Looks like you've got a decent little 90 there, shouldn't be too hard to restore.

Wish I could say the same for mine! Someone swapped out the front and left rear tires.... the v pattern is for the rear, straight line for the front.

Those things are cool, congradulations! Love the green.

Yoe, whats that "Altitude Compensating Carburator" sticker on it? I never heard of a carb that can do that, there is no such thing, I think :wondering

..........and if it really is, I'd sure like to know just how it works?

Hmmmm, did someone just slap that on there?

OR does it mean the carb jetting has been compensated for Canada :wondering :wondering

They actually have a black knob on the side where the round brass looking part is that you pull to compensate for higher altitude, it also helps it run better in really cold weather. Rear Grab bar and taillight are definetly wrong also. Seat does not look original to me, and the reflectors on the front by the headlight are not original. And no you can not take the tires apart from the rims, the best you can do is do a patch on the outside which if done right will hold up very well.

That looks nicer than mine. Mine also has the sticker for altitude compensation. They guy I bought it from said Chevron still makes the balloon tires, I haven't looked into it and I would have thought if they did I would have heard about it on here by now.

The reflectors were mandatory on all trikes sold in Canada. (Canadian DOT Regs.)
The rear grab bar is identical to the one on my 1976 ATC 90.
The Altitude Compensating Button basically allows you to change the jetting by pulling the knob out until it clicks. Use it if you ride above 6000Ft elevation.
I have seen new OEM tires advertised for sale for $275 each but I can't remember where the heck it was.
Sweet little unit, looks like it is mostly all there. Should be a fairly easy resto.

You pull that brass thing out I believe to lean the mixture up a bit if your above 6000ft.

This bike has a hitch, did they all have hitches? What do the factory grabbers look like?

I am going to put the front tire back in the front today sometime. I noticed yeterday when I took the tire off that you can shift a little bit on the axle, its almost like the splines are worn or something.

I havent had it running, Im going to try a new plug and see from there.

Hopefully this thing can get a full restore someday.

Well, freewheel3 pretty well covered that, must have been typing at the same time.

esentially the grab bar is just a lot closer to the fenders, approx 2-3 inches away and has more of an oval light on it, if nobody else post it, I will put up a picture tomorrow, mine is the exact same color. Also I have never seen one with a hitch does it look homemade?

Yea, I am pretty sure that hitch is homemade now that I look at it. They did a hell of a job on it though.

So, where could this grab bar have come from? A differant bike?

I still havent got it running, I was getting no spark so I tried a differant plug and there was still nothing.

I'm not too good with the electrical system, can someone help me out?

Nice 90! I don't think that hitch is homemade. My 1979 atc110 had one identical to it. I think I still have the hitch but I don't have the 110.
