Well it wont be long now,still waiting for a key switch,and install a new battery and pour some gas in her.Still lots of cleanup and detail work to be done. All plastic has been replaced with new Maier stuff, starter rebuilt, carb clean ,new air filter, new Vampire rear tires, new plastic gas tank, new seat cover, new grips, fresh tune-up and oil & filter change.........whew!! Don't know if I'll ever get it done .Still need to replace the fork boots and install new seals there. Still looking for a few items such as a rack and a taillight assy. but i'll find em eventually .Sometimes nostalgia is expensive- but its worth it when she starts to shine again,right? A work in progress....................ric :-D

Hey that don't look half bad right now! I know a guy down the road from me who has a 250SX...he bought it from the original owner who stored it in a garage until a couple of years ago...still looks brand new, even original tires..tits are still on there too! I doubt the engine even has 50 hours on it.

they're about 22" Super Swamper TSLs I'd imagine...ride rougher than knobbies, but man when it comes to mud, there is only 3-4 other tires that can beat them

Yeah King you nailed it,they are 22-12.5-8 TSL vampire super swampers.I just put them on so I dont know how they ride yet. They may shake some teeth out on smooth surfaces,but they are supposed to kick ass in the rough stuff. I'll let you know how they act.
