how do you loosen the timing chain on a 110

hey i am putting the cam shatf back in and i need to loosen the timing chain do * you do this quick reponse please!!

There is a bolt on the bottom of the motor that when removed has a couple of springs up in the hole. It is near the oil drain plug, just unbolt it and VIOLA!
p.s. dont loose the springs!
