there should be a large locknut in the center with 4 points missing in it. That is the locknut that you need to remove. Honda sells a special socket to remove this or you can take a piece of pipe and cut it to fit the locknut. :TrikesOwn
Also don't loose the thrust washer behind the nut and remember to install the right side outward on the washer.

If you take the four bolts out that have the springs under them, it should just loosen the pressure plate and all the clutch plates. The clutch basket will not come off unless you take the center clutch nut off, but you will not have to do that if it is just your plates giving you trouble.

Yup yamahauler is right. I've never worked on those 125's I just went by a pic on bikebandit.com. My bad I though they'd be similar to the 200cc atc's.

It is going to take a tool like what I made up out of a 7/8ths. socket.
Brendon in above post suggested making one out of a peice of pipe ,,, that's a better idea then ruining a socket.

Zoomer,
Has the bolt that holds the "stopper" broken out of the case? The JB weld may have been an attempt to fix that problem. It also looks like the stopper is not installed correctly. I think it's to be installed so that it straddles the "star" shaped piece. Either of these things could cause the wear marks on the stopper.
Keep us posted!

everything works on it the star thing goes to the thing that tells you what gear you are in. the jb weld holds the bolt on but they put too much on and i used to hit but it doesn't anymore right now i'm just worried about the clutch so if someone could look at the pic's an tell me if i should replace just the friction disks or the steel disks too i need to know within the hour beucase they close in an hour please help thanks

I am sure if the steel disc are not warped ,,, they are okay. Just rough them up on the concrete floor before reinstalling ( both sides )
You can lay them on a peice of glass to check for warpage.
