I have spent the last few hours switching out my 200x and Tri Z wheels and tires. I have a set of 18/11/8 Turf Tamers and a set of 22/11/8 Trail Pros (I know :D ) for the X, and some pretty worn out tires on the Z. So.... I took the 300ex hubs off the X and slid one side on the Z pretty easy, and had to use a rubber mallet to gently "encourage" the other side on ;) . Now I have 2 sets of good rear tires for my Z. I was kinda amazed that the front switched out as easy as it did. I just droped the forks outa both trikes and wam bam thank you mam. The breaks are gonna take some customizing, but the Z's front breaks didn't work anyway :D . The Z's hubs went right on the X. The tires are worn but the X don't get rode much since I got the Z.
I really like the polished rims on the Z :naughty: . I also lowered the forks down an inch like I've heard TimSr talk about so it's not so chopper like. Right now it has the 18's in the back with the 23 inch in front and the forks lowered :beer .
Sorry no pics I'll post some as soon as I get the film developed (no digital).
