My little death trap (YTM125) has a twist throttle. This spells trouble because the front end likes to go skyward. I was on my trike. I hit a hole and the front tire bounced a bit and I went into this great wheelie. I would have never ridden that wheelie that far had my hand not squeezed the twist throttle. As the front end went up, the throttle twisted and made it rev higher. I have never been a racer. I have this little trike just for fun, and man is it fun!!!

Does anyone know if I can replace the twist throttle with a squeze throttle?

I sure wish I had a vid of the wheelie. It was truly great. When I stopped, I laughed for half an hour!! :D

Ive never seen a thumb throttle in Dennis Kirk.

Id suggest putting a post in the classifieds section of this board. Your YT125 came stock with a thumb throttle. The twist you have is not the original. You will also need the cable with the thumb throttle. Thumb and twist use differnet cable lengths.
