anyone have a elka shock on their 85/86 250r?

i bought a elka elite,dual rate,long travel shock and was curious if anyone else ran one.if so how do you like it?this one is set up for 160 pound mx a class rider.i am so stoked i can't wait to get it :w00t: .

as far as i have read they are about the best shock out right now.it'll give me 2 inches more travel,which i need despretly.hope it shows up soon. :naughty:

You'll love it, I've got some time on other peoples machines with elka's and they are a great shock.

I have one, your not getting a true long travel shock, its close though. I just got another and the shock on it will get rebuilt and put back to its real bike it was built for, a 88 250r. my quad has true elka long travels and the rear is no-link.
