Picked-up a free atc110 on 7-12-05. The trike fired up and drove it around. It has a high/low split for the gears. Just needs a new look. Should be fun.

Have been playing around with alot of different front and rear fenders. Pretty much have them picked and working on the mounting presently. Still picking a headlight unit, nothing yet. Will try somthing like lawwill did on his bike.
Have some unique material that will function as the seat. Have trimmed a fitted a bit, but more to go.
Had some sx forks and tripples. Just need to remount. Mock-up shows an addition of two inches for the wheel base @42". Will try a sx hub with a 4x110 pattern. Then go to a 10x5 wheel with a 3-2 offset. Then run a 19-7-10 front tire.
Then remounted the fuel tank a little bit rearward for the tripple clamp clearance.
Would like to try other forks but this sits nice and level and they were free...lol

Where can I get a front tire like that? Looks like it would dig in real well...

The atc110 project finally got some attention again.
Always liked drag style bars. So I bent up a set and whittled the ends. Got a newer type kill switch and went with a twister. Then made a "ATC" emblem.
The front fender got mounted and received some bling.
Seat is done, temporally mounted 20" rear tires and got it down on all three. The 300ex hubs and offset wheels make it nice and wide. Plus its longer and lower. Did a bunch of misc things like O.H. the pull start assy, finished the mounting for the tilting rear R fender, ect....

Nice man those bars fit the machine perfectly. Hey not to jack the thread but is that a ruppster in your old sig? Sure looks like it to me, maybe you could throw up a couple pics, or email them to me. Was it restored? Pics w/and without the body would be cool. Thanks TC...

Thanks man. Originally I made a seat that fit the 85r fender real nice. It was some real unique material. I nutcerted to mount, added extra foam, shaped and upholstered. It turned out looking like a 2x6.............

I played around with different combinations to come up with the current "solo seat" design. It seems to work really good so far. Took a long time to get figured out. Theres around 30hrs in the rear fender set-up .....complete.

Man that thing is sick! I love the 250R plastics on there.
Nice work. The ATC on the bars is a nice touch too.

Nicely finished project!

Tell me - I have a 84 250R front fork/triple that I was thinking of mounting on a custom ATC90 that I am going to put together - and I noticed that the weight is substantially more than the stock fork. What does yor front end weigh (I assume more) and how does it affect speed and the ride?

Love the paint job and the skull bling!
