This part is mixed in with a buch of other I have. Can some one please tell me what it is for?

How did I know I would dig up a smart ass?

That means it came from a rusy trike then, correct? All I have to do is find a rusty trike now.

That looks like the gastank/seat bracket from the an 84 250r. Possibly the one that went to Mikeys250sx...Maybe.....I'll check the microfiche

some kind of seat mount plate comes to mind from the shape of it,but if it is for sure or what it came off,i have no clue!

Yup. Looks like its part # 80104-964-000 from a 1984 Honda atc250r. I would give Mikey a message and see if he's missing it from his bike.

I have had this sitting in my parts been for well over a year. it must have come from the other R I had way back when. Well, the next step is to get rid of it.

You can continue your search. Its not like its going to be hard, there are hardly any rusty 20 year old trikes out there.

That seems to be all I find. Florida is not a good state for a trike to sit.
