tri z question

does anyone know if rear hubs and rims from an 81 250 r will work on a 85 tri z? Will a front rim from a 85 250r work on a 85 tri z ? Is a 85 tri z oil injected or do you pre mix? How hard would the carb to motor rubber be to find a new one on a 85 tri z. I looked at one today and I have til tonight to decide to buy it. thanxs

No idea about the rims, but tri zs arnt oil injected. you have to mix.
check on ebay for the carb boot.

A carb boot is hard to find especially a nice used one so I suggest you buy the one you are looking at. I have a honda 200x that i put tri-z hubs on,So the only thing you could do is try it and see, dont know about the front though and as for oil injection, My personal opinion on that is it is just stupid on anything whether it come that way or not I would rather mix it myself,Like you will have to do on the tri-z
