Why does EVERYTHING squeak??

I took my 110 out for a good ride this weekend through the snow. Anyway everything on this thing squeals like hell!!! Especially the brakes, o my god, it's so embarassing. I just bought this a few weeks ago, what should I pull apart and grease? And how the hell do i stop the brake squeal? I have new pads on the way (read my brake post) but I still cant get them adjust correct. I think I might just replace the cables, how much do they go for ya know? Anyway HELP ME STOP THE SQUEALS!!!

Pull the brake apart, and give the shoes a good scuffing with sand paper to break the glazing on them. Also, give a good scuffing to the drum itself with a coarse grit paper. Again to break the glaze.

I did both of those before it squeaked this bad!
