sometimes my 125m when shifted from netural to first gear it seems like it misses a gear then other times it catches one try also sometimes when im riding it it pops outta gear and other times it seems like it misses a gear like going from 2nd to 3rd.

whats it need a new clutch?

Sounds like the stopper paw is broken. It's the little elbow piece that holds it into gear.
