I have a Zinger and it has Duros on it that are in great Condition. I dont want to buy a new Tire because they are in such good shape. The Zinger will be used around the yard on the Grass, probably even after I sell it. I was just wondering if I could use Fix A Flat or Slime to take care of the small nail hole, and will it last for around the yard use? Thanks

that should work..i dont see why not just make sure when * spray it in you roll the tire so that it dosnt make your tire unbalanced..you could also try using a plug, i dont know how long the slime or fix a flat would work but plugs have always worked fine for me..

Go to K-Mart and get the $1.49 plug kit. Most of my plugs have lasted the life of the tire.

you should alreay have a plug kit on hand.. price to effectiveness, tyre slime doesnt hold a match to a simple plug.

Plug. Then trim to 1/4 inch.
I've never had a plug leak after proper installation. Slim eventually will leak.

Slime should only be used for temoprary fixes. Plus, if its an aluminum wheel, the slime will eat away at it and cause pitting around the bead. Not to mention it will be severerly unbalanced, and a PITA to clean during the next tire change.
Go with tire plugs...they will last longer than the tread itself.
