Ok.. does ANYONE know where to buy 10mm x 1.25 (pitch), acorn nuts or cap nuts online???? I've looked everywhere around here, and noone has them. And how about 10mm x 1.25 nuts? Just like regular nuts or the nuts that have the nylon that the bolt threads into so it cant come loose. Thanks.

OMG, I have a whole box of those bolts! They are allen head cap bolts though!

What bolts? The acorn bolts? I'm going to buy new bolts and washers (the ones that hold the tires on), and I was thinking that if there is enough thread left, I'm going to put some acorn bolts on the end. (and use loctite, of course).

I looked there, and they don't have it either. Unless "#10/32" is what I want. But I don't think it is. Anyone else got any suggestions?

I have a box of like 25 10mm bolts that are 1.25 pitch, 30mm long and have a allen head. I don't need them anymore. Will they work for you? Or if you want I can dig up where they came from. They have lots of 10mm bolts with a 1.25 pitch, hard to find trust me I know.

Eh.. I need the nuts.. not bolts..

The 10mm x 1.25 nuts aren't hard to find at all.. the 10mm x 1.25 acorn nuts are.

Well I would have sworn this place would have had them http://www.mcmaster.com/, I cant find them on the website but you may want to call them. I think you might be better off changing the thread size to something more common like M10 1.5 pitch.

How could I change the thread size?? I need these for the bolts that hold the tire on.. I want to put the nuts on, and then put these acorn nuts on for like an "accent" or w/e..

You mean for lug nuts right? Just go to ace hardware or NAPA. Thats where I get almost all my bolts from.

Well I already found the lug nuts.. Ace had them. But now I'm looking for chrome or stainless steel acorn nuts to put on the tire (over the lug nuts), to give it a cool kind of look.

My local honda dealer also sells Harley.
They have chrome nut covers with skulls on them.. those were pretty cool....
I'll check the price on them next time i go over.

Ok.. thank you. And make sure you check if they are 10mm x 1.25 or not.

NAPA has some actual lug nuts made to fit wheel studs, I believe they are honda civic or similar. Anyways, they are very nice chromed ones that are even tapered so they keep the wheel studs centered in the holes in the wheel. Just take a regular nut in thats 10x1.25 and tell them you need a tapered lug nut thats the same thread as that and they'll hook you up. They are uh, rather expensive though.
