Well I have been catching alot of flack here lately because I have been out riding around on the 200x and building the Tecate. Well last weekend we wwent to Kilgore, Texas. To a place called www.Baddrabbit.com Next door neighbor has several 4 wheelers neighbor next door to him has a 4 wheeler and so on and so on. Anyway finally I told them Anywhere you guys can go on a 2 wheel drive straight axle 4 wheeler I can go as well. Well naturally that got all them to laughing and cracking on me and so on. (Been putting up with 3 wheeler jokes for god only knows how long.) Well last weekend was judgement day. We loaded up 5 2005 Honda Rincons, 2 Honda Foremans, 2 Honda ranchers, 3 Polaris's (330, 400, 500H0) And of course the little 200x that could. Now mind you that the 200x is 1985 model and has a bent axle and a slipping clutch. Still havent received the parts I ordered off of Ebay to fix that. And now we are off. Get down there and unload and meet up with some of his relatives( next door neighbors that is) and They proceed to pull out 8 more Polaris's. And 2 Artic cat 650's with the new v2 kawaski motors on them and which also have 29.5 Outlaw tires. With snorkels and monster ass lift kits and winches. Makes my little 200x look like my 4 year old neices tricycle. So feeeling a little intimidated but still raring to teach this buttholes a lesson.

So finally we are all unloaded and off to go riding. Come to the first Mudhole and the Big Arctic cats get in the middle and go over five feet in and start floating doing water wheelies. Talk about a deceiving looking mudhole. Didnt feel like pulling the little 200x back to camp water logged so I chose to stay out of the river they were playing in. But Next they came to the hillclimb 150 foot 75 degree angle hill with clay ridges and red sand and rock. Only 3 of us made it up the hill and I was the second to make it. :naughty: Poor neighbors Rincon was still at the bottom. Took a less steep way up the hill. Score one for the little 200x. Then off to some nasty ass mud riding. look like tractors had been playing in the damn woods.

Over 40 mudholes, 25 miles of trail riding, swamp lands, creek beds, just all around rough nasty mean terrain and not one time did I have to get off of the little 200x to get out of a mudhole. Never even had to try very hard to make it across anything. I even took the lead after several mudholes teasing the Arctic Cats trying to make them look bad. I went across some mud holoes and looked back and had to go and help pull the arctic cats out of the mud. By the end of the trails they were trying to figure out how the little 200x wasn't getting stuck in anything. Got high fives for some of the mudholes, Got cheered for ripping up that monster ass hill. Even got bought dinner and beer.

Only down side to the whole weekend is that my neighbor had to wait until we get back to Dallas to start whining and bitching about the weight differences and the different ruts bullshit. He just cant stand to lose and it made him madder then anything that we had to pull his ass out 4-5 times and I never even had to get off of the bike to make it through a mudhole. Hell he even started complaining that I was having to hold my feet off of the pegs to keep from getting feet hung on some trees and ****. Man I loved the hell out of making those 7 thousand dollar machines look like **** on a 20 year old classic. By the way rincon will outrun a 200x by about 3 bike lengths.

Forgot something, Up by the camp sites there was a trench that was dug out about 5 feet or so deep and had some water in it. This is after we all got back and My neighbor was still pissin and moaning about the same ruts bullshit. The trench was dug out in the shape of a s and was probably 100 feet long or so. Those larger 4 wheelers had dug ruts in it so big that I was bottomed out trying to just get down there so I put the front wheel in one rut and a back wheel in the same rut and the other rear wheel in the other rut and proceeded to rip right through it 3 times without stopping. Let me tell you about some people looking surprised as hell. I was freakin great man I loved the heck out of it.

that sounds awesome, i love showing guys up on older bikes. they underestimate how good of a power to weight ratio trikes have over those giant utility quads. those quads are getting outrageously big, i mean an polaris 850 twin can make all the power in the world, but it doesnt matter if the quad is getting stuck all the time. sounds like you had an blast, gotta love those 200x's :TrikesOwn

:w00t: :TrikesOwn I can't wait to go out riding with my neighbor on that grizzly 600 he has. Should be intresting. I've managed to get that monster stuck quite a few times and believe me it ain't fun trying to pull one of those monstrosities out of a mudhole.
