i have about two hours in this. i need to get my dremel on it and another hour polishing. this is actually just a practice cylinder. the sleeve is busted but i wanted to practice for my cylinder. this is with a $5 3/8 drill kit from harbor freight.

 WOW!
That's what I'm wanting to do with my R cylinder/head. Please give me some details on exactly what bits/heads/etc... you used to get those results. Thanks in advance!

Props.

I dont have the patience to things that large. I'm restricted to masters, levers, bolts and forks ;)

How much prep work was done with emery cloth?

none. i used a 60 grit,120 grit, 240 grit flapper wheels. i would have done it up to 600 grit by hand but i did not have any sand paper and this is just practice. i then buffed it with a sewn buffer wheel and red tripoli. the small crevices need to be finished and it would look good.

thanks for the compliments :-P

I'da thought the coarse flappers would have done some gouging!
