Been lurking for about a week and a half. I was raised on 3 wheelers, started on a 90, then a new110, then a RD350 powered trike, then a new 81R, then a new 83r. I was drooling over the new water pumpers but I started racing hot rods and every penny went to that. I stopped 3 wheelen around 1986.
4 weeks ago I traded some work for a 02 trx90. I have 6 and 4 year old boys and I figured my wife could get some experience while they grew into it.
This morning I looked in the driveway to see 8 3wheelers, 2 4wheelers with 2 more in storage. I guess I'm back right where I left off, but now I have that water pumper (all stock)

Thanks for the welcome, I'll have to dig up those old photos at my parents house. It had a trinity frame about 10" longer than a stock 90. The engine was actually an R5, (early rd 350 with no reeds),gold radius DG heads, chrome cases, and a chrome handle starter on the kickstart shaft that I always skinned my knuckles on by the end of the day. It had chrome turner pipes and a chrome wheelie bar that wasn't adjustable. yamaha yellow atc90 fiber glass and rd tank. I really thought I was somthin on that one.

This frame is a High Performance atc frame, with a r5 engine, monoshock rear, some type of aftermarket triple trees with dirtbike forks, and a disc brake. No tank or fender, but looks to take an old honda 90 or 110 fender and possibly honda tank. Hope to pick it up tomorrow and get some pics. All I had when I was younger was a 74 atc90 and I thought I was the big cheese, always read and dreamed about the neat trikes out west. Now I've been getting and working on the toys I wanted when I was a kid. I managed to find a pk racing 70 frame, which is a hoot. Any pictures would be enjoyed by one and all, racing, riding or pictures of other peoples trikes. Hope your having fun getting back into the trikes again, I'm having a blast myself.

I am having fun getting back into it, I have to break the habit of buying every good deal I see. The prices are amazingly reasonable compared with quads or even 3 wheelers back in the day.
Your new trike sounds alot more sophisticated than mine was. Mine had no suspension front or rear and you kind of layed down on it, cafe racer style.
How do you start your new one.
