For 150 its perfect, but other wise very rough riding. Its just a plain old slow work unit. I just sold an 83 model on ebay this winter for 500 so you could make a quick buck. Josh

There ain't nutin BAD about 'em, but lets look at some of the features and go over what they have and don't.

The KLT200 has:
Electric Start.
The "A" models of the KLT200 having a kick start backup.
Manual Clutch which has it's advantages over an auto clutch.
Chain drive with easy adjustment.
Dual-Mode differential rear end (tighter turns).
Lots of POW.

The KLT 200 does NOT have:
A pull or kick start backup on "B" and "C" models.
A front suspension on some models.
A Rear Suspension on any models.
Reverse.
Shaft Drive.

If you figured out the problem, then for that price you can deal with what it doesn't have and enjoy what it does :-D .

An INDIVIDUAL, I like it. (All of us here are quite the same since we favor trikes)

Good luck on your purchase :-D
