Grease quality varies with its application.

I use a General Purpose (the yellow stuff) grease on steering bearings and something that does not move alot and for general assembly.

White Lithium grease is also good for general assembly.

On wheel bearings I use a High Temp Wheel Bearing grease, which is a Moly-type (charcaol gray) grease.

That is just my person preference, but ATCRYDER is correct..........GREASE is GREASE, and New grease is ALWAYS better than Old grease.

Lithium is what I use on all the farm equipment at the farm I work at, it's the best overall grease, and seems to work fine on my trikes, sleds, bikes, truck, lawn tractor's, you name it. Grease is grease, and any grease is better then no grease.
