T-3 T-4 Crankshaft??????

I am going to build a 86 Tecate motor soon. Does anyone know if the T-4 crank is interchangable with the 86-87 T-3's?? The reason I am looking into this is because the T-4 has about 4mill larger of a stroke than the T-3's. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
