There was someone on here awhile ago that was asking about where to get a Honda ATC cover , well I don't have any info on where to get them but I do have a pic on one that I made myself for one of my trikes. Here's a pic, not the best job, but will do till I can perfect the fit a little better. In the process of making a green one for my Tecate and a blue/white for the Tiger.

Well, it was about 10.00 for the fabric at Wally World and then 15.00 to have the lettering pressed on.

Dammit!

What kind of fabric? Is it weather proof?

Just Red flanel.I haven't had to wash any yet so I don't know how they will hold up yet. I don't leave mine outside at all.

Well, I don't think I want to get tied up in making a bunch of these to sell, and besides that, my dear mom is the one that I have do all the sewing. If I decide to make these to sell,I'll post the other pics of the other covers so all can see .

These covers are exactly what i'm looking for. For inside use. Right now I have a soft material king size mattress pad which seems to work well. I may take a trip to the fabric stores. Be sure to post some pics because I also want one for my tecate and tiger.

Where did you get iron on logo that large. 15.00 bucks seems fair enough. I only know how to do the 8 1/2 X 11 computer iron ons

I took it to a business that does special pressed shirts, hats, coats and gave them a pic to go buy and they whipped it up.

My friend just bought a business that does that. I'm going to pass the idea along and see what he can come up with. Anyone have an original that they would lend??? If not I'll see if he can just have his mother sew a mock one up and go from there.

This is just an idea and not a classifieds related topic. So if anyone is really interested in one PM me and I'll ask him what kind of dimensions he would need.

the cover looks great! we got a bunch of that lumber cover stuff (truckers cover logs with it, tough material) then had a friend sew it into covers. the stuff is totally industructable.

How about a tarp and a magic marker? :D

On a serious note... That is very nice. What do you think would be a good weather proof material would be? I just might try this. Besides those two years of home ec way back when has to be useful somehow right.

For anyone doing wood work in the same garage those would be perfect.

I bet you can find the same material that they make car covers from. .. .. or even buy a car cover. as large as you can find and cut it to size.

it has to be breathable so that humidity and rust don't get into things. but water repellent at the same time. Kinda like Tyvek but stronger....

Thanks. You all have some good ideas on different material to use, I was just trying to make a soft[non-abrasive dust cover] for inside use only.. We all know how hard it is to get some OEM plastic, and how easy it can be scratched so this was one of my simple/low cost solutions.
