Rear shock adjustment info???

Just picked up a 350x and was wondering
the shock on the back has an adjustment knob.
Its set at 3 on mine. I'm guessing you set that to the kind of riding you do?
Was wondering higher number stiffer shock????
What would be better for trail riding?

Also what PSI should I have in the air reservoir for the rear shock.

Well my shock is 300 psi so id guess a 350x would be around the same or less...You can call any honda dealer and im sure they will be able to help you....Good luck
