My brother sprayed his 300ex fenders white with the krylon fusion paint and so far its holding up pretty good. been through the mud, power washed, and no chips. It might chip getting hit with branches going through the woods and stuff. But his held out pretty good.

We just cleaned it good with rubbing alcohol, and rubbed it down with steel wool or a scotch bright pad. Then cleaned it again.

it should not flake off.. but hit a branch and it will obviously scratch eventually.
I"m considering doing mine red.. so scratches won't be as noticable.

It's all about the prep.
everything needs to be clean as a whisle.. wiped down with solvent and a CLEAN rag or betteryet paper towel. and then don't put any oily finger prints on it before you paint.
if you use a shop rag that has been in contact with grease or oil it will leave a film and paint will not stick properly.
