My honda 200M works well, but my battery always die, probably because the charging system does not work properly. without battery it works well, then i suppose it generates enough electricity to spark, but at the positive plug of the battery (without battery) i receive only 0.34volts.

here my questions:

What voltage the charging system must give?
are the lights working without a battery?

Had the same problem with mine until I took every electrical connection apart and cleaned them. Do the reg, solenoid, bullet connecters, grounds and anything else that you can find. It woke mine up!

0.34v is not enough to recharge the battery.. and good chance your battery will need to be replaced if it was left discharged for any amount of time.... SLA ( Sealed Lead Acid ) batteries need to be kept at full charge at all times to last a long time.
