now all i need is exhaust and for boots. im also gettin the desert seat from hi flite, thinking all red. then i will get some nice red fork boots and some super scoops. oh and as soon as i find someone localy to rebuild my other shock i can put that on there so it sits even.

man do thoes 22's make it look bad. maybe ill get some 20's (kenda klaws?)

Yes, those trail pro's have to go! :D Besides that you did a very GOOD job! I love the black and red look. Makes me wanna tear mine back down and redo it...Well almost.

whats goin on with them footpegs?? they look a lot better than the stock ones im usein..are they aftermarket. or do they have footpeg extenders on them..?

What is with the red spray paint on the kick starter. Is that and oil cooler on the triple? It looks like it might get riped off in the woods.

ya the oil cooler i need to re-rout. it was just a temp to see if it worked. and it does. i want to try and mount it under the tank, next to the fin. but i need some super scoops for more room. and the foot pegs have extenders on them. they help out tons for ridding.

oh and the paint on the kicker was just me seeing if the red paint i had matched up with the powder coat.

hey man looks great. You wouldn't be interested in a set of holeshots would you? They are on rims right now. They are in good shape and they could be cheap without the wheels. Size is 20x11x9

those are aftermarket maigher fenders arn't they??, anyways why did you paint them black?

what kinda extenders did * use?? do they make them for the ATC's or did * have to customize them??

fenders are aftermarket. 350x front. 200x rear. peg extenders i got from JL atv i think. or nacs.

i know nacks makes them. but do they make them for the 200x or did * buy them for a different bike and they fit on the x?

the oil cooler is off an old water pump. my dad just had it sittin in the shop. so do you guys think fork boots will make it look any better or no boots? and will smaller tires get me more $$$ when i sell it.

I think red boots would look sweet. I don't think 20" or 22" will make much of a diffrence in value of the trike. Although I think a set of 20" razors with the red lettering on the sidewall would look sweet on that machine.

well today im going to work with the diff shock so then i can get the mount made right(first one was too beffey, strong, but to big). so ill be messin with that if i get something to work ill throw a pic up. i sent a pm about the tires the holeshots. (90nut)

havin some trouble getting out the bushing on the top of the 250r shcok. its stuck in there good. its not really the bushing i need to get out it is some spacer. its to big for the 200x top shock mount. but if i get it out it will work. ah what the hell ill go snap a shot so maybe someone can give me a hand.

here it is, i need to get that piece out. its in there good. i guess ill soak it in some lube and if i got to ill just cut it down. its tuff **** tho. dont know how i would cut it.
:cry: this black bute is up for sale. found a bad ass car for a few grand and got to sell her. it will have the good rear shock on brfore i let her leave. let me know if you are interested.

my bad. the cooler its self is for an old water pump. for the oil cooler you need to drill 3 holes in the side case, tapping into the oil track. first hole to lead to the oil coller. second is a block and 3 is so the oil comming from the cooler can get back in.

The exhaust on that bike, i know it says supertapp but is that actaul 200x axhaust or off a dirtbike. I've often wondered is a XR200 exhaust could be modified to fit the 200X.

no its for a 200x. its rusty tho. it was one of thoes ebay guys saying "light surface rust" well its pitted prertty bad im kinda pissed. o well.

ok now with this pic number 3 is a port. after you put a fittin in here and have all of that done this one leads to the oil cooler. number 2 is going to be a plug in the oil passage way inside the cas. a block off bolt. then number 1 is for the line comming back from the coller so it puts the oil back in the motor. on the side case there is that little marking to the left (number 1) you can use that for a guide on where to put your number 1 fitting. then the plug should be about 1/2 inch over from that and then the other one(number 3) a 1/2 inch over from that. now the passage way you are tappin in to is in the other pic. (no numbers)

ill doulbe check on the whole 1.2 inch thing. it sounds right tho.

Looks like I'm gonna keep the x, I wish I seen all of this 2 weeks ago when I put the motor back together. I'm gonna look into this a lot harder, thanx. By the way, how much cooler is it running?
