Crazy Neighbors

I just got a full rear fender on my Z. My silencer is from who knows what so it extremely close to the rear fender. My last fender almost caught on fire at the dunes. I bought some header tape to put on the exhaust to keep the rear fender from melting. I go out in my circle to ride it to see if its gonna melt and my neighbor comes out and yells "shut that god damm thing off my grandkids are sleeping” and a bunch of other choice words. I don’t say a word, I park it in my driveway and keep it running for 15min. I would have happily shut it off but they had to go yell and swear at me so now they got the wrath of the LOUD Z. I rarely run the Z in the neighborhood just because it’s so loud. By the way the header tape worked!!!

3 o'clock and they are bitching, I can see 10 or maybe 9. I hate neighbors, mine are pain in the asses, everythime I work on my bike aparently "I make too much noise".

i get the oposite.. my neighbors are great.. he's a quad fanatic.. anytime i get my trike out for a spin he's out the door before i even get to turn my choke off

Ant the guy on the other side..... he's goo busy getting drunk to even care.

My neighbors are awesome! We are very close friends with the ones that live right across from us, and our other neighbor is a quad/trike fan and a very good mechanic. He takes old trucks, and fixes them up.. and he also does that with trikes and quads. He has fixed my dads trikes for him many times for free. I have it good. Not to mention I live halfway out into the boonies of PA and have a 6 acre yard to ride around in, and plenty of woods around my house.

I do the same to our neighbors. GOOD JOB!¡! I'll fly by in like third or fourth just so I can pin the throtle to its fullest so its loud. Powersliding is also a must infront of their house. My aunt owns the place and has people rent the place and these people are pigs, cars everywhere, parts everywhere, The place looks like a **** hole. So we figure if we annot them enough maybe they'll leave :D

My neighbours are total jerks as well, they threw a loud party at 3am one morning so someone :D called the cops and they got charged $100 for violating noise bylaws! Well the next day I was throwing a stick for my dog in my yard, well he comes up to my back fence (he lives across the back lane) and starts swearing at me and saying my dog is barking and hes trying to sleep (this is 6:00 in the afternoon before he eats supper and when hes watching tv) and how the war is just started and it isn't over. So I went inside and told my parents that theres an imbassal on the loose in the streets who escaped from the circus. Well next thing you know hes at our front door screaming the same thing well he quickly got the door slammed in his face. I sure like it better at my farm I'll tell you! But hey Power Ram I be my neighbours hate the "silencer" on my big red project more than they hate the silencer on your Z!!!

After some moron screams profanities at me in front of small kids in the neighbourhood I don't mind turning up my amp when I'm practicing or "breaking in" newly built motors in my back yard, I also use my 2 stroke mower much more often as well. What really gets me is when they will play loud rap music late into the night. Thats why when I'm working on something in my yard I always listen to Pantera or Slayer!

My neighbors are awsome the one accross the road waves and smiles everytime i drive by on my wheeler or in my truck. The ones around the corner are pretty cool and the guy has a loud ass truck that is to loud at 6 in the morning but its ok. The ones accross from them are the coolest they have partys all the time and give me beer so they are cool. The ones next to them are cool to they wave when ever i drive by. And the one across from them is cool he waves to. And the last one lets me ride on his land and hes cool to. But there is this one lady a few houses before mine and she calls the cops on me everyonce in awhile. Thank god she is moveing to florida!

Thats why when I'm working on something in my yard I always listen to Pantera or Slayer!

nothing beats that, except not having to work at all hahahaha,i listen to panterra whenever im working on my trike. my neighbors have heard the 'vulgar display of power' cd so many times they have it memorized, lol.

on my last trip to the mountains my friend w a 300ex and me on my 300r got cussed out for kicking up dust, even though the womans polairis was kicking up more dust than we were. we ended up being chased by her at like 60 mph down dirt roads. my parents saw us hauling ***, so we had to leave early :rolleyes:

moral of the story: if you piss someone off, just make sure you can take off faster than they can catch you :beer

Haha yeah I've even had people new to the neighbourhood say as they WALK by my place "that must be the cowboy from hell" lol! They've gotta have CFH and Vulgar Display memorized on my street too haha. They really made the mistake of messing with a gearhead now when they are eating supper I mow my lawn except my mower runs a bit faster than the stockers around here :D !

The world is too small to not get along with the neighbors.. i can understand the frustration at some of the 2 stokes piped... those suckers can be LOUD.. i personally like the smell and sounds.. but older people might not apreciate at wee hours of the morning.

I find opening the garage door just a foot or 2 keeps the sound level down late at night. and clears the fumes enough.

well i have the greastest neighbors here closest 1 is a block down the drive . and the other 3 i have not even met and i know that the r is loud. but guess the country folks here are used to the farmers and don't mind

my 250r is kinda quiet actually, it has a crappy dg slip on which makes it sound more like a lawn mower than a race trike. i hate the silencer, one of these days ill get a halfway descent one. my friends 300ex w a t4 pro circuit exhaust is WAY louder than my 'r.

My neighbors across the street haven't heard of using a doorbell. Much easier to honk the horn, why bother to get out of the car?
