View Full Version : do you have to change timeing when you put in a cam?

i need to know. i put a white bros cam in my 85 200x and cant get her to start up. any one? need it runnin by 2 tomorrow

Lol First off when you are rushing to get something done, is the worst time to get it right. I am sorry, but when you need something in a hurry Murphy's law is going to apply.

But to answer your question unless they specifically say to change timing the answer is no, you dont change it. Alot of folks forget to set the F after they set the T did you set the F's on her?

check to be sure rotor is timed corectly. I had mine 180 out and took me a few to figure out
