In Minnesota if it didnt come with a title just take the serial number from the frame and i think the motor and bring it up to the DMV and they will give you a title.

Michigan is easy, take in the frame serial number with a bill of sale and your set.

check out www.broadwaytitle.com. I live in PA and have used them for motorcycle titles. The process works perfectly and you will end up with a PA title for your machine.
